Horrible product
Do not let your AV person talk you into this one. It's constantly not working on my iPad and iPhone, as well as our remote controls. We have had problems with it multiple times a week for the past two and a half years.
Love this app
This app is rock solid - I use it for my home and my beach house to control locks, heating and ac. It also let's me close my garage doors and work all my lights. No monthly charge - awesome app!
This App has a veryyy long road ahead of it
I'll start by saying that I used Total Control Flex to program my test system. 2-way SNP-1 modules respond about 70-80% of the time, and only work while connected locally. The interface module is lackluster, and I noticed an issue that causes the App to "lockup" when issuing a power off command/ page jump from the music modules. Lutron RadioRa2 Module loads maybe 50% of the time, and is more of a headache than convenient. The slider bar for dimming/shades is horrendous and you'll find yourself turning lights on/off instead of dimming. My suggestion: if you're going to install a RadioRa2 system for your customer, just have them use the Lutron App.
Wish I had more positive things to say about this App, but the truth is it has a long way to go. I know URC will get this App back on track soon.

Powerful, fast and reliable...love the off-site control!
Powerful App! but not for DIY
Well made app to interface with you Total Control system. However not really for they DIY market. But in the hands of a capable integrator this app can really shine. Control your lights, a/v systems, HVAC, cameras and garage and more in your house and on the road. One annoyance is I wish it would have a more obvious selection to use remote or local connection. Anyway, works well and generally very stable. I run this 24/7 on an old iphone as an extra controller.
