Want all financial info
I do have an online total gym account. I tried to log on. It said invalid user. However, the online chat seemed promising. It asked for paypal or a card for computer help. This was a $1 then $46 + per month. I was nervous of this I was not asking for computer help. It just did not seem to have anything to do with workout app.

Total Gym app will NOT allow me to use it…
I have owned my Total Gym since 1995. It still works and looks great. I do not recall needing to setup an online ID, and password then, if so, it’s lost, along with my chances of using this total gym app, since they do not publish any other options to use this app.

What a piece of corporate garbage. Designed by some dude probably name “jim from accounting” this app is a throwaway that doesn’t work. Can’t log in. Can’t access or create an account. Why make an app at all

You have to buy a new Total Gym
I bought a used Total Gym and was looking for some workouts. I was totally willing to pay for the app since I didn’t buy the gym new. I was unable to even get in to create a username to pay for the app.
HERE IS THE ANSWER TO EVERYONE’S PROBLEM...
The login you’re supposed to use is what is created when you PURCHASE your total gym. Additionally, there is an annual subscription for using Total Gym TV (same login type required). So it goes to say that this is an excuse club so to speak. Which, to me, is insane because regardless if you purchased direct or second hand, that’s one expensive piece of equipment in your home. You should at least be able to use the app. But seriously - ANNUAL subscription? Do the workouts change each year? I’m confused. My guess is they horde the content as streamable only with DRM. Oh - the one star is for not including any details on ANY of this. Maybe because then it would have to be considered an in app purchase and this is a good loophole so Apple doesn’t get their cut? Possibly. But I digress.

It isn’t possible to set up an account. There is no support. This is a dead app.

Unable to create an account, email customer support email comes back undeliverable. Why is this app still in the App Store?

Read reviews thought I would give it a shot- surely after so many of the same complaints the issue would he resolved. NOT! Tried emailing company, email came back as undeliverable. Horrible!!!
