Rip Off

I renewed my subscription after it expired & linked the renewal to my account but no matter what I do I can’t log in. I called but they won’t help over the phone they make you use the chat function but you can never connect to the chat function

Feels like I’ve been ripped off!

I purchased Total Password, set up my master password and then when I went to open it to start using it, it said my access expired! I haven’t even opened it yet!! I’ve tried so many different ways to contact the developers for help but nothing works! I paid a fortune for Total Adblock and all, so I hope this review can help me somehow before I need to report it to Apple as fraud…I really don’t want to do that.

Do not buy this. They will want you to add on and when I wanted a refund they say I have not paid but have the charge on my site. Hard to get refund and site is very hard to use.

I’m happy to have total Ave it makes me fill safer.the only thing is that it’s very hard to install, I’m 74 years old and my eye syght it’s not the best so it has taken me 3 days to install it , please make it Elderly friendly as we don’t have anyone to help us , all the steps to install it are to many and confusing to me . Thank you

Do not buy this App!

They advertise an attractive rate, then add on for multi devices, then after you setup your master password they ask for a monthly fee AND log up when you refuse to pay more. USELESS and deceptive!

Frustrating

I signed up, wrote down my master password, etc. when I went online a few minutes later, my password was not accepted and was told I wasn’t able to create a new one. I’m sorry I signed up.
