Total Wine offer a great selection of fair prices. I like the functionality of their website. My one book is the best sale items are all on the so-called direct prices. How about some better deals on the name brands? I understand this is all about deeper margins on products they buy directly from the producer, but give us a break.

I am TOTALLY down for Total Wine! Comparing Spec’s with Total is like comparing Home Depot with Lowe’s...Sam’s with Costco... Macy’s with Nordstrom’s!!! Total just seems to care a bit more about making your shopping experiences as enjoyable and as successful as possible.

Extremely Disappointed — Thousands Spent and Still Can’t Get a Simple Issue Resolved
I have spent thousands of dollars with Total Wine, and after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering ever purchasing from them again.
My order was missing two bottles of D’USSÉ that were supposed to be packed in my box. A manager contacted me, acknowledged the mistake, and told me the two bottles would be included with my next delivery. My next delivery arrived — and once again, the bottles were not there.
I called to get the issue resolved and was told they needed to speak with the manager, who wasn’t there. Since then, I have tried calling numerous times, and most of the time no one even answers the phone.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I was only able to communicate with the store at one point through my Uber driver because I could not get anyone on the phone myself.
This should not be this difficult. I’m not asking for anything extra. I paid for two bottles that I never received, the store acknowledged that I was owed them, promised to correct the problem, and then failed to do so.
At this point, I no longer want the bottles. I simply want a refund for the two bottles of D’USSÉ that I paid for and never received.
For a customer who has spent thousands of dollars with this company, the lack of communication and follow-through is extremely disappointing. A simple mistake could have been easily resolved. Instead, it has turned into an ongoing problem because I can’t even get someone to answer the phone.
