Love Total Wine, check out is a pain
I’ve been using this app for a few years and appreciate the ease and options I can see on here. My biggest consistent complaint is how the app insists on having a “preferred payment” and has my info saved. But for some reason I have to manually input all my payment info before placing any order. Even though it has it all saved. At least most apps will allow me to pay with Apple Pay or access my phone’s wallet but having to use my physical card with every order on the app makes me less inclined to use it

Excellent Customer Service!
Prices are always either best or very competitive. They have never screwed up an order. It is always ready on time or early. Can’t think of anything else they can do to improve on.

Delivery fee was charged at check out after showing free delivery based on order amount. This happens too often. Customer greater than 7 years w/ regular O/L orders and in store shopping . Frustrating and always require call to corp office . Crazy, Total Wine! Fix this !
Too Easy!!
Well organized and intuitive website plus curbside pickup makes it almost too easy to grab a case of wine! Though my wife still prefers to go inside where the knowledgeable staff and numerous tastings invariably steer her toward purchasing new discoveries and great deals.
Wouldn’t take free delivery code
This happens a lot: email me a free delivery code, and then I get an error message when I try to use it. I read the fine print. There’s no reason why this is happening.
