Ez3 totaline avoid this thermostat
We have had two of the thermostats replaced and the engineering behind the app is very problematic. Go with something else. Considering that it’s a carrier product we are shocked specifically regarding the poor engineering in the app & the thermostat

Won’t connect to the WiFi and no customer support

Ever since the last update, before which the app was working fine, I can’t reconnect to WiFi so the app no longer works.

Aggravating. Heater ramps up in the middle of the night no matter how it's programmed. Already had to have one replaced- shorted out.

I have three of these thermostats. They do their job but this app is worthless for setting them up. It either fails to register or briefly connects to them and goes disconnected. Shoulda got a nest...
