Dumb

This is such a waste of time. I already have my login to unlock my computer, and my login to get into my company access, then my login to Tekion, and then I have to come to this stupid app to get another code to put in. It’s not like we have nuclear launch codes inside of car deals. We all need to get off our high horses and start being normal.

Lost everything

Local backup? Not a chance! Lost access to all account. This is a problem.

No Export

In general the app works and I haven’t had many issues however it is impossible to export anything from the app in order to switch TOTP apps

So far wishing I hadn’t bothered

Have been using this for a while in standalone, no problems.

Decided to opt for the cloud backup option, bought it, clicked on refresh and bang everything is gone!

Gonna take me a loong time to get this sorted.

Not easy to use!

What a pain this is. Duo is 1000x better. I have been unsuccessful with this each time I try to use it because I cannot scan my QR code from the same phone I am using the app with. When I go to enter the info in manually it kicks me out to start over again ALOT and it just says invalid code by the time I am finally able to fill everything out.
