This is such a waste of time. I already have my login to unlock my computer, and my login to get into my company access, then my login to Tekion, and then I have to come to this stupid app to get another code to put in. It’s not like we have nuclear launch codes inside of car deals. We all need to get off our high horses and start being normal.

Lost everything
Local backup? Not a chance! Lost access to all account. This is a problem.

In general the app works and I haven’t had many issues however it is impossible to export anything from the app in order to switch TOTP apps

Not easy to use!
What a pain this is. Duo is 1000x better. I have been unsuccessful with this each time I try to use it because I cannot scan my QR code from the same phone I am using the app with. When I go to enter the info in manually it kicks me out to start over again ALOT and it just says invalid code by the time I am finally able to fill everything out.

This is does not work at manual creating account screen. Keyboard hiding a save button. How this can have so many five stars?

Disappointed TOTP, instagram, Twitter and Apple continue to ignore and block access to accounts used for business after they were compromised. It happened to Facebook, I was able to provide ID to regain access but other leading companies do not respond or support customers subjected to such crime
