Me cancelaron las ultimas 3 compras

No sé que pasa con la app los ultimos meses. Pero hago las compras y me las cancelan de la nada, encima el dinero se queda retenido mas de 15 días. Vivo en el exterior y lamentablemente no tengo la facilidad que alguien haga el mercado para mis seres queridos. Esta app deja mucho que desear

Me cobran sin procesar compra

En más de cinco ocasiones me han rechazado la compra y han retenido mi dinero por 72 horas, hace unos días no me dejaron hacer mi compra, se cobraron y más de 90 horas han pasado sin devolverme mi dinero. Otro problema es que no dejan mandarles mensajes desde la aplicación, me sale volver a intentar cuando quiero mandar mensaje, por llamada dijeron que solo se solucionan estos problemas por correo pero por correo no responden.
