Love the bracelet, hate the app.
I love the bracelet, it is phenomenal. But I absolutely abhors the app. It is terrible. Constant issues, taps not going through, etc. Consider strongly the app you want to use before purchasing the affiliated jewelry.

it was good for a while
like the title says it was good for a while but recently it has just stopped working. i cant connect it while its at full battery and the light isnt even working. i have to put it on the charger (which lights up green btw) just to use it for 1 minute before it disconnects again. i dont know whats happening or if anybody else has this issue

Die App hingegen ist ausbaufähig, wie vorherige Rezensionen schon sagten (vor über einem Jahr teilweise!) Man könnte doch per doppeltem Schnellen Tippen oder dreifachen schnellen Tippen noch weitere Nachrichten Senden ohne dass man dass Handy in die Hand nehmen.
5-6 verschiedene Nachrichten die man individuell schreiben kann, mit mehr als nur 20 Zeichen, wäre perfekt.
Dass schlimmste allerdings finde ich, wenn ich die App schließe, kommt direkt eine Pushnachricht „Die App läuft nicht mehr, daher wurde deine Tatwoo-Verbindung unterbrochen. Um sie wiederherzustellen, öffne einfach die App erneut. Du kannst zurück zum Stadtbildschirm gehen und dein Handy verwenden, die App wird im Hintergrund weiterlaufen, und deine Tot“
Also wenn man die App schließt ist dass Armband einfach nur ein Armband ohne Funktion, und dafür zahlt man schließlich nicht einen solchen Preis.
Dass sollte wirklich als allererstes behoben werden.
Die Hoffnung bleibt bestehen dass die Kritik und das Feedback der Nutzer vielleicht doch mal umgesetzt werden.

Great but
The bracelets are amazing but for some reason my bracelet stopped vibrating and to fix it I tried closing the app, logging out and back in, and restarting my phone. Nothing worked so I deleted the app and now cannot log into my account. I’ve tried everything to get back into but nothing works and there is no phone number to call in order to aid me so I haven’t been able to use the bracelet at all over the past few weeks. Still a good idea though.

L’idea in sé è molto bellina, ok, ma non è possibile che ogni volta io debba dire al mio partner di aprire l’app altrimenti il bracciale rimane scollegato.
Una volta che l’app è scaricata e i bracciali collegati tramite codice, questi devono RIMANERE collegati.
Sono più le volte in cui non funziona che le volte in cui funziona: è estenuante.
Vi invito ad aggiustare il prima possibile.

Great but one minor issue
My birthday is on the cusp of Scorpio (oct23 - nov21) and Sagittarius (nov 22 - dec 21)— my birthday is november 22nd, but it says im a scorpio, which is not accurate to what the app is saying—- thats the only issue ive seen with this app so far, otherwise its very cute and sweet for me and my boyfriend whos in the army

Amazing! but…
I Love the bracelets! They were a gift from my Best Freind and we have them so we don’t have to text all the time to communicate. The only problem I have at all, is I can’t find connect Bluetooth in my settings. Whenever I open my settings to connect the Bluetooth to the app like it said it doesn’t appear,which makes me think that it worked but I go into the app and it has that annoying little pop up that says for me to connect Bluetooth? That is my only thing I don’t like, everything else is Amazing.

Disconnecting
It will randomly disconnect from my phone. Sometimes it will be 5 minutes and other times 8 hours. But it means that I don’t get her pings and I can ping her
I also don’t understand why the app always has to be open when a company like globe can make it so I can controls everything without the app open
Outside of that the battery life is great, about 5 days between charges. Build quality seems fair and they do look good but the branding on the side of them looks kinda odd but is discrete enough to be okay

Couples bracelets - Great investment
My boyfriend is leaving to the air force and I got it for us. We have been using them sitting right next to each other and it’s so cute. This is a very thoughtful idea. The set up was easy too! I also had to exchange for a different look that my boyfriend liked better and it was a seamless exchange.

Why isn't the vibration option showing up for me? And when I press the bracelet, it doesn't vibrate.

Also iOS funktioniert die App und das Armband aber wenn der Partner Android besitzt hat er entweder akku Probleme weil keine Verbindung aufgebaut wird 😕und somit die Funktion der beiden Armbänder nicht gegeben ist. Bitte Android Problem mal lösen
Verbesserungspotential
Ich muss mich teilweise den anderen anschließen und finde, dass teilweise Funktionen sehr schwer zu finden sind. Dennoch finde ich, dass mit ein bisschen mehr Entwicklung das Erlebnis noch erheblich verbessert werden kann. Denn das Grundprinzip ist wirklich super.
Hier ein paar zusätzliche Hinweise/ Verbesserungen:
1. Die Anruferinnerung klappt zumindest bei uns aktuell nicht, egal ob alle oder ausgewählte Kontakte.
2. Es wäre super, wenn Hintergründe für Chat etc. für beide Partner synchonisiert werden, wie z.B. bei WhatsApp.
3. Mehr Kurzbefehle direkt über die Armbänder. Es wäre gut wenn man z.B. durch einen unterschiedlichen Startbefehl (langes halten oder Doppelklick) weitere Befehle direkt versenden kann. So wäre z.B. kurz + kurz = ich liebe dich“, lang + lang = „traurig“ oder Doppelklick + kurz = „Sorry“
So wären viel mehr Interaktionen möglich ohne umständlich immer wieder in die App zu gehen.
Würde mich freuen, wenn diese Funktionen integriert werden könnten. 😊

Truly amazing!
I honestly could not be happier with the product. I purchased the Azure Dreams set and opted for split shipping to send to my dear friend far away. I made a mislabel in the shipping address and customer service with ToTwo was on top of it, and ensured the bracelet was delivered promptly despite the error on my part.
