I’m not impressed with the quality of the picture would affect they tell you on HSN that it’s free but you don’t get too many features with it. They want to charge you tried to set the time on it so it would read regular time couldn’t do that without having to pay for the service regret buying

Had this for just over 2 years now, only issue was second camera in pack loses battery power after just a few hours, tried reset and assistance off the helpdesk, video and quality of recording is excellent. May buy more devices to add to network at some point.

Don’t buy it!
Do not buy these cameras they are totally not worth the money. I am constantly experiencing them disconnecting from my home Wi-Fi. And then the only way to reconnect them is by hitting the reset button on the back of the camera and they always seem to do this at the. Times like when I actually need the camera to be working and recording if I could give less than one star I would.

Exceptionally pleased!
I think toucan products are so good compared to many I’ve tried. I have the original, tried the v3 too. But I like them both. But my original has lasted years! I’m so pleased with toucan. They should hire me as a spokeswoman! lol but as a reviewer you won’t be dissatisfied. You can move the camera. Other cameras don’t have that option.

Front Door
Doesn’t show me who comes to door. When I look at notifications there’s no nothing on screen except my front door. I’ve blocked areas so it doesn’t show my street and traffic but it still notifies ever time a car goes by.
Device failure
After the last update I feel that my device goes offline daily. I had to reconnect the device twice now and this morning the device showing offline again. Camera is using the 2.4 network, my phone is on a 5g network never had an issue until now. If the problem continues no choice but to start looking at other options.

If you don't buy into subscription app and camera is usless
New version crash
As soon as i click setting and click motion detection, the app crashes.
Tried deleting ,downloading app n all the troubleshoot as per toucan website.
It still crashes in IPHONE.
But andriod works fine
I guess the new version messed up iphone one.

Depuis la dernière mise à jour, j’ai les notifications mais mon écran reste blanc quand je veux consulter les différents événements. Au niveau de la date, j’ai bien un point mentionnant dés évènements mais lié reste de l’écran est vide.
C’est bien de faire des tests avant de mettre en prod
