Awful and confusing layout
Worst heating control system iv ever come across. Heating has a mind of its own even when there is no stored profiles. Have to manually turn it on and off via the boiler because of this system is that bad to use.
Drop out
Was ok, butLately drops out all the time doesn’t respond to input just shuts down and doesn’t connect properly to the modem to instruct the thermostats to turn on or off don’t know what’s happened but it’s very poor at the moment
Touch 2 wifi not functioning since your update
Our Myson app is not working. Noticed you did an update 4 days ago. We have deleted & reinstalled & still no joy. Can you fix it please.
App not working since recent update
Since the recent update the App no longer works. I can’t open it. Each time I try, it instantly closes. Please sort it out, as I can’t control anything from my phone at the moment.
Ver. 3.018 - app crashing
App will crash each time when trying to launch. Deleting/Re-installing won’t help. Please address asap.
