Awful and confusing layout
Worst heating control system iv ever come across. Heating has a mind of its own even when there is no stored profiles. Have to manually turn it on and off via the boiler because of this system is that bad to use.
Drop out
Was ok, butLately drops out all the time doesn’t respond to input just shuts down and doesn’t connect properly to the modem to instruct the thermostats to turn on or off don’t know what’s happened but it’s very poor at the moment
Touch 2 wifi not functioning since your update
Our Myson app is not working. Noticed you did an update 4 days ago. We have deleted & reinstalled & still no joy. Can you fix it please.
App not working since recent update
Since the recent update the App no longer works. I can’t open it. Each time I try, it instantly closes. Please sort it out, as I can’t control anything from my phone at the moment.
Ver. 3.018 - app crashing
App will crash each time when trying to launch. Deleting/Re-installing won’t help. Please address asap.

Very expensive but no updates
Very nice and feature full app, but it needs an upgrade, I have not managed to add it to apple home, basically apple home can not find it. And app doesn’t provide a way to add it to apple home
Loses date time settings every 5 days…
The app when it works is fantastic, I especially like the enhanced history.
I’ve been running heating by the app for almost 2 years, but I am now aware that it loses its time and date setting every 4-5 days.
Doesn’t matter if I choose uk time or other time with correct date and time in the settings, it always defaults to 18th September GMT -1 after a few days, and this corrupts the enhanced history.
I believe it’s always done this, I just notice it more now that I periodically check enhanced history.
Annoying fault which is pretty critical for a time date based thermostat…

Down loading App
Have my account all setup but no APP so have to go into AAP store & then taken immediately to my account !!!

Not bad but could be better
The app is a little bit clunky and not the easiest to navigate but much easier to configure and manage than via the control stats on the wall. One thing missing which I can’t understand is on the history view it shows the temperature of the room. I’d like to see when the stat is calling for heat overlaid onto this. I want to know when the stat is active and how long it was active for. I’d have thought that was exactly the type of insight the app should be trying to provide.

Problem since iOS 14 update
Since updating my iPhone to iOS 14, the displayed temperature on the Home Screen randomly misses a digit (displays 2.... instead of 21 degrees)
Needs to be able to adjust temperature in 0.5 degrees
The app is generally good. However underfloor hearing is generally slow to react and 1 degree segments is too large to control heat in a room. Surely it would be easy to make 0.5 segments possible
App not working - Frustrating!
In the winter when I need to use the app the most - it’s not working!! Most of the time it says offline when there are no other connectivity problems in the house and when I do get into the app, my profiles I have set up, keep disappearing 😩 Please sort it out.
Fantastic app
I use the app almost daily. It was very easy to set up. Very intuitive. And a great way to control my heating should I need to alter from my usual settings.

Update not working
Just tried to log in to App for first time for a few weeks - and App just won’t open. Is this me or it??
