Limited Use
Love the idea, like the hand sanitizer. BUT the vendor is NOT following thru on promise associated to “smart” capability. Like others I cannot get the WiFi pairing to work at all. When reached out to their support, they told me their servers were busy and try later (3mths later and still doesn’t work) and received no substantial help from their support. I envision their “servers” akin to dial up with 9600 baud.

Can not connect to WiFi
I’ve tried multiple times with several devices that I’ve ordered and they won’t connect to the WiFi. Please fix this so I can start using the smart features it says it’s capable of.

Revolutionary for business
Glad Touchland is finally solving the biggest problem we always experienced in our business centers - we always run out of refill but never know when! Our members are so happy that our devices are always operative to clean their hands - most of the time they were frustrated because our old dispensers were always empty!

Cannot connect to WiFi
Also cannot connect the device to our WiFi.
WiFi will not connect HUB
After numerous attempts, will not connect to WiFi. This need to be fixed. Even talked to an IT professional and they could not get the Touchland Hub to connect. Please fix this!
Completely Unusable
Will not even recognize or find my device. Touchland Support claims they are going to issue a big fix and update the app but still have not. Do not buy there products until this is fixed.

Love using this app connected to our Kub devices. We don’t even have to manage them any more, the app tells us when to refill or change the battery! Good cost saving for our business too. Great experience
