Great lock!
I have two. Sometimes a second or even third try is needed but they always work well. I echo the other users in suggesting an Apple Watch functionality for those of us that use this at the gym.

Face ID crashes the app. Worthless.

I really enjoy my lock. Using at the gym mostly.
I do see an issue though.
if I leave my phone in the locker on accident. There is no way to open it.
I have an Apple Watch with many apps that are useful. Why hasn’t an app for the watch come out?

Simple and effective
The app is simple to understand and use, but would be even better if it had an Apple Watch app, which would allow using the Smartlock on a locker with the iPhone locked inside.
