TouchPoint Field

Vendors now have a centralized location to upload, browse, search, preview, download, filter, and share organization-owned documents and images directly from the mobile app. Documents can be accessed via the bottom navigation tab or hamburger menu. Quick actions including Share, Duplicate, and Delete are available from the document list, along with advanced filtering by Builder, Project, Phase, Lot, Task, Type, Shared Status, Uploaded By, and Upload Date. Bulk uploads are supported via Camera, Gallery, or Files. Authorized Builder users can now impersonate a vendor user within the TouchPoint Field App for troubleshooting, validation, and support purposes. Impersonation can be initiated from the Vendor User List or Vendor Profile in Constellation Central. The impersonated session runs in read-only mode using the vendor's permissions. Builder users can end the session at any time via the Un-impersonate option. The Warranty Trade Details view has been redesigned with structured, expandable sections for easier navigation. A new Summary section displays key trade information at a glance, with additional details organized into collapsible SO Details, SO Item Details, Trade Details, and Purchase Orders sections. Users can now preview Purchase Orders directly from the Schedule List before downloading. Key PO information including PO Number, Task, Builder, Project, Lot, and Start Date is shown in a popup overlay, with options to expand to full screen or download.
