Can’t get access to money easily. No retrieving user name if you don’t have it. Have to mail you passcode. Avoid at all costs!!
Statements
Cannot view account statements in the app. The only option is to save a PDF of the statement to the device or cloud and view elsewhere. I don’t want a PDF, I simply want to view the statement in the app without games or hoops to jump through.

Out of about 40 times trying to log in I got in twice. Wouldn’t send codes, won’t save changes. You have some issues to fix!!!

DMARC servers are misconfigured.
Turns out the apps email servers didn’t get their DMARC setting correctly so I can’t get emails to login and certify my identity. You would think an app about financial information would know how to do configure email security properly.
Not good
I opened the app on my iPad, clicked on the button to download a statement but it appears to have done nothing. I can’t find the file anywhere on my iPad. Am I doing something wrong?
