I’m basically invested in this app
Instead of credits I’d like stock in the company for my DIAMOND status. My TouchTunes tab is larger than my bar tab some nights (it got so bad I had to give it up for lent). I believe in curating the perfect vibe and destroying a terrible one this app gives me so much power I feel like god. Genuinely I only return to bars with TouchTunes. As a customer to be able to hear what I want when I want is absolute peak as a staff member of a bar w a TouchTunes I wish we got free credits at the establishment and skip songs the machine is playing.

Login error
There is an issue with the app when trying to login. No matter how I try to login, I get an error message that says “oops something went wrong.” I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it with no luck. I’ve submitted a request for help and have not received a response. I had credits on my account that I can’t use because I can’t login. Please fix this issue! When it was working, it was great.

I love this app
As much as I miss putting quarters in a proper jukebox (I’m old), it’s great to have the opportunity to play whatever I or my group want to hear. Perfect for pre-game or parties.

Great except….
We love being able to play music at restaurants and bars we are eating at- except- there is a guy who fast passes 25 songs at a time, then keeps fast passing songs and no one else can really get much in. There really should be a limit on how many fast passes you can have at a time.

Dynamic pricing is a money grab
I have been using this app for years and always paid the fee or fast passed when I felt like it. Today we are sitting in the venue, with no songs playing. First song was 2.2 credits, second 2.4, third 2.6 and these were my songs. There was no “demand”. I will not be adding credits after these are finished.
