Offline use please!
I’ve used this app for over a year and it has been great! But recent updates added a force login process to the app, which makes this app complete UNUSABLE at my range with NO NETWORK coverages! Please, at least add an OFFLINE button when the login times out? I’m sure there will be many people using this app in simulator room with poor network and may suffer the same issue. Thanks!

Simple… exactly what I needed
After 4 months without playing over the winter my game was in shambles. Heard about Tour Tempo on the Chasing Scratch pod and downloaded it. It’s simple but man does it work. Way more consistent contact with both the long and short game thanks to the different tones. I tried out a faster tempo than I was used to and immediately gained 4.5mph max clubhead speed. First time ever cracking 110 and I’ve done no other speed work in 6+ months. I don’t normally condone witchcraft, but in this case I’ll allow it. Big thanks to John and the team at Tour Tempo!

First round- finally broke 80
First time I ever had the bright idea to bring this app to the course, I broke 80 (78).
I had been chasing it for a year. I knew it was in range because I have a sim at home, been grinding getting a lot of swings but the course it would break down.
My coach said tempo and rhythm are the only things that matter on game day but his “one two hit four five” thing didn’t really lock it in for me.
Found the 27/9 to be my speed and first round out there with it in my ear I tagged 12 GIR

£25 is a con
Very few apps in the Apple Store catch you out the way this one did. Most apps allow you to try them first for a short period before committing to purchase. Within mins, I could see this app was poor but when I tried to have it refunded - computer said no, or Apple that is. Store quality is deteriorating these past years.

If you golf, you need to buy this
The concept of tempo seems elusive, until you use this app. After one session, I was already hitting the ball way better. I now use this at the driving range every time I practice. This is one of the best things I’ve ever found in Golf.

Best app for Golf Rhythm!
Been really working on my timing and this really help eliminate swing thoughts and creates better rhythm. Takes some getting used to but well worth it!
Seems very good
Was sceptical to pay for this but seems like a very solid and well designed app. Obviously not cheap but I think worth the one off payment, can really see this helping my game. The video review section is really good visual feedback and is incredibly easy to use, even just from a practice swing indoors recorded on mobile.

Good tool
Very useful tool. Frees up the swing and does what is advertised. The only (meaningless) qualm I will add, is the creator (and his dad) claiming to invent/find out about tour tempo. I know for a fact Snead taught by waltz time and discussed pros long before him doing it. Waltz’s are in 3/4 (3 beats per measure, takeaway on 1, top of the swing 3, impact 1), and is quite literally this exact same idea long before. Nothing new in golf! Great app I will be using religiously.

I upgraded and lost all 20 videos I had. Doesn’t make me feel good for another upgrade
Great training aid
I have never reviewed an app, but I had to say that Tour Tempo has been great. Finding the right tempo and focusing on the tones has helped me a lot. After 30 min I noticed that I was making better contact and my footwork was improved. I think it’s because my brain only had to focus on the tones and everything else came naturally. Any new golfer should give this a try.

Indispensable teaching and learning tool.
As an instructor, I have worked with professional long drivers, long drive world champions, PGA, LPGA, and elite amateur players. I have utilized Tour Tempo in various forms for decades, long before the advent of this app (In fact I used it this morning while working with a player preparing for the Sr. US Open).
This app, with its new features and increased functionality is literally a game changer.

Was a bit sceptical at first, especially due to the cost but after using this app once, my ball striking, dispersion and game massively improved. 💯 recommend.

It’s a must!
I had it for a couple of weeks and the results are incredible. Let me put it this was: all of a sudden you know what you’re doing AND during your swing you’re only thinking about the tempo, and not three million other things, resulting the incredible improvement.
Unbelievable App
First time using the app my mind is blown! I’ve been back and forth with considering this for years because of the price but decided to pull the trigger. First range session I was striping every club in the bag right out the middle of the face.
Keep in mind grinding on the fundamentals is extremely important with setup and alignment but once that stuff is in the bank this app will take you to a totally different level.

Game changer
Absolutely addicted. Hit 170 balls yesterday and same today (under cover as it is raining in California) and shots have been spectacular. Only thing I have to focus on is waiting for first tone before I initiate backswing and making sure last tone is on strike of ball. But that is getting more natural and instinctive with more repetition.
