User reviews

Crashing

Crashes and now makes torso turns go through 0-2 weights
Makes for a longer unnecessary routine

Very poor!

The Rypstick may very well increase your club head speed if you are capable of pulling instructions out of thin air as there are absolutely none in the app! Those little two minute tutorials are almost useless! Unless you have some experienced user to guide you the app and Rypstick are not worth buying - very disappointed!

First session

So little time between and hard when enter manually. Off first session. Prefer stack by far. But just the start so everything has learning curve.

Ongoing App issues

I love the Rypstick training and have achieved considerable results, but I continue to have ongoing issues with the App. Very hard to stay in a routine.

55 yr old

At 55, very active, overweight, 3 hcp I have been using Rypstick for 3 months and have picked up an average of 10 mph ball speed with the driver. It works!

The goal is to help you hit longer drives and shoot lower scores.

What are the key features of the Rypstick Training App?

Key features include setting a baseline swing speed test to predict your distance, following Rypstick Training Protocols designed by a PGA Teacher of the Year, accessing swing fix videos created by the founder to address common flaws, and tracking your progress over time. The app aims to make training easy and attainable.

How much does the Rypstick Training App cost?

The application itself is free to download and use. However, it offers in-app purchases, suggesting that certain features, training programs, or advanced functionalities may require a purchase to unlock.

Who is the Rypstick Training App for?

This app is designed for golfers of all levels who want to increase their driving distance and improve their overall swing speed and accuracy. It's particularly beneficial for those looking for structured training and guidance to achieve tangible results on the course.

Can I use the Rypstick Training App without the physical Rypstick training aid?

While the app is designed to complement the Rypstick training aid, it offers features like baseline testing and swing fix videos that can be beneficial on their own. However, the full impact of the training protocols, especially those involving specific drills and auditory feedback, is likely optimized when used in conjunction with the physical Rypstick.
