Crashing

Crashes and now makes torso turns go through 0-2 weights
Makes for a longer unnecessary routine

Very poor!

The Rypstick may very well increase your club head speed if you are capable of pulling instructions out of thin air as there are absolutely none in the app! Those little two minute tutorials are almost useless! Unless you have some experienced user to guide you the app and Rypstick are not worth buying - very disappointed!

First session

So little time between and hard when enter manually. Off first session. Prefer stack by far. But just the start so everything has learning curve.

Ongoing App issues

I love the Rypstick training and have achieved considerable results, but I continue to have ongoing issues with the App. Very hard to stay in a routine.

55 yr old

At 55, very active, overweight, 3 hcp I have been using Rypstick for 3 months and have picked up an average of 10 mph ball speed with the driver. It works!

Battery killer

Just started the system and swing speed radar barely made it thru the third session. I know it wasn’t that expensive but 5 batteries each week is not great.

Good but…

The app is very functional and has good instruction videos and it’s a long way from the stack app. Also disappointed the original rip radar doesn’t connect via Bluetooth.

Levels

I honestly love this app. However, I can’t get off the first level to go to the next level it’s so frustrating. I’ve emailed and haven’t heard back yet.

Good idea but broken app features

The idea of speed training is great. My speed has increased by approximately 15% in two months.

However, this app has some persistently broken features which have not been addressed in the several months that I’ve been using this app. The biggest problem is that this app tries to guide you through about seven different levels where each level is about 12 sessions. That sounds great, but this app is broken, and so that it is impossible to switch between levels once you’ve finished that level. As a result, I need to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I’m ready to switch levels. This is a big nuisance, and I hope that the author of this app can fix this issue soon.

Day 1

Today was day 1, start of the journey to get more speed. Obviously too early to have results, watched all the videos and completed first round. Up to this point everything has been great, videos explained what to do including the warm up. Looking forward to see results in 2 months!

Ryp’n it

Just finished 1st session and gained 9 mph😀

Level 1 training

It was difficult to follow. It was too quick and am not good at lead heel lift . Not enough time change weights. Quite confusing.

Non functioning video link

The app used to work great. The videos were easily accessed in the app. Now the video links in the app and the link to YouTube having been working intermittently over the last 6 months and today they don’t work at all. The suggested workaround of deleting and reinstalling does not work. Until they get this lingering problem fixed don’t buy or use this app.

Don’t waste your money

The Rypstick is a good training aid but the app is hopeless. Constant issues slow response to emails. Now the videos are not working so no idea what to do as you move levels.

Day1

Interesting n fun

Make the app free

$300 for a Rypstick can’t afford a measuring device to go with it needs to be a package and something cheaper

Broken app

The app doesn’t work, the “videos” are broken links to YouTube videos

Rypstick App

Nearly impossible to follow the sessions due to about 1 second rest in between each session - by the time I bend down to pause it, it’s starting counting me down for my next sets of swings. Luckily I’m on level 1 which is fairly easy to memorise but this needs sorting ASAP!!!

The actually product and the RypRadar works great and can’t fault it at all but the App is no good!! Swing speed has shot up in just 2 sessions.

Doesn’t save settings

The app doesn’t save any of your settings so you have to start the process all over again from the beginning!

Garbage

Goes 100mph through a workout. Awful
