نصابين انتو ولا ايش حكايتكم؟

حجزت من مطار عمان وأرسلولي انه تم خصم دفعة تحت الحساب ٣٧٧ ريال، ولكن اللي انخصم من الفيزا ٨٣٢ ريال!! ولم يصلني منكم لا إشعار ولا إيميل ولا ما يحزنون. تجربة سيئة ولا أدري كيف أرجع فلوسي. تحديث: بعد ساعة كاملة أثناء تواجدي في المطار لم أجد مندوبكم ولم أجد سيارة، فقام أحد العاملين في إحدى شركات تأجير السيارات في المطار بالاتصال بوكيلكم، وقال إنه غير موجود في المطار، فانتظرت نصف ساعة لحين وصوله بالسيارة فوجدتها كيا سبورتيج وليس جيب شروكي، فرفضت استلامها. لدي المرفقات، وفيها جميع التفاصيل. أخبرتوني سابقاً بأنكم ستصححون الوضع، ولكن لم يتم تصحيح أي شيء، أرجو إعادة مبلغ ٨٣٢ ريال التي سحبت من بطاقتي (فيزا) عاجلاً.
