Bad costumer services

I’ve booked a car for Sunday morning (since Thursday) they told me all is good . Saturday night no one is answering, no one replying to costumer service line, and at 10 pm I receive a text that the car insurance is not valid ! And they can’t bring the car
I asked to talk to the manager , the employee ignored my text and I didn’t find any response or compensation 👎🏼
