Worst app EVER
This is hands down the worst app I’ve used. No information uploaded or available. I can’t even access an easy method to give you money. I really hope the tour is better than this pathetic app TV n
Cannot See My Booking
I booked a tour, but the app does not allow me to see my booking. I get stuck in an endless loop trying to login. Very disappointing. It makes the app virtually useless. I have to use the website to view my booking details.

Hi there, Thanks for flagging this issue. To reassure you, your booking is safe and it's a quick fix: just fully close the app and reopen it, and your details will load as normal. This was a brief sync issue after a recent update, which we've already addressed. You can also view everything anytime on the website, and our 24/7 Travel Experts are happy to help if you need them.
