Worst app EVER
This is hands down the worst app I’ve used. No information uploaded or available. I can’t even access an easy method to give you money. I really hope the tour is better than this pathetic app TV n
Cannot See My Booking
I booked a tour, but the app does not allow me to see my booking. I get stuck in an endless loop trying to login. Very disappointing. It makes the app virtually useless. I have to use the website to view my booking details.

Hi there, Thanks for flagging this issue. To reassure you, your booking is safe and it's a quick fix: just fully close the app and reopen it, and your details will load as normal. This was a brief sync issue after a recent update, which we've already addressed. You can also view everything anytime on the website, and our 24/7 Travel Experts are happy to help if you need them. Have been using app for quite a bit and found it extremely useful. Very easy to navigate and manage your booking process. Customer service being incredible and very reliable. Definitely recommend to use as they have extensive inventory and quality services
