Tour radar is my go to site when it’s time to book a trip. I’ve been using to a radar for almost 5 years and have booked multiple trips, with multiple operators and had success each time. The filter options are awesome and allow a traveler to customize the experience to their wants and needs. I recommend the site to all of my traveling friends..

DONT USE THIS COMPANY
This trip was nothing but a headache from start to finish. We were shown beautiful hotels when booking, but the reality was completely different. We ended up placed in a hotel called the Crystal that was nowhere near the locations we wanted to visit, seemingly chosen to save money rather than provide a quality experience. ( more like a red light district )
Trying to get help was extremely frustrating. It was nearly impossible to reach anyone, and when we finally did, responses came days later—far too late to resolve problems while we were there.
The hotel itself was unacceptable. The room appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned in years—you could literally write your name in the dust. We dealt with what appeared to be a bed bug infestation, there was no air conditioning, and there was even bird droppings on the bed because of the lack of proper ventilation and conditions. The elevator was so small it could barely fit two people.
This was not the experience we were promised, and the lack of support made an already disappointing situation even worse. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
When ended up having to pay for a new hotel with our own money. We have videos , pictures and messages back and forth from what’s app with the tour operator. It was a nightmare.
