Can not leave flight information in the app
Need to be able to send flight information and send inquiries through the app. The invoice will not show in app either.
Waste of time and unprofessional
This company ruined our vacation to Grand Canyon. We paid full amount for upper antelope as well as horseshoe bend. They showed up late so we couldn’t show up at the upper antelope canyon in time. We couldn’t see the upper antelope canyon; The entire day was spent waiting and in the end they returned a nominal amount.
I complained and after several follow-ups I gave up because they kept on saying it’s being investigated.
I highly suggest, use viator instead of this service.

Worst experience
Worst customer experience ever. Blame customer that they are responsible, even though they admit things got messed up by hotel and tour agent.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book any tours from them.
