Always have issues login on mobile and pc. Then when it locks me out I have to reset password but then new password doesn’t work on phone and asks to reset again ughh

Always a maintenance
I always have problems logging into the website. And more times than not it’s due to maintenance. I get really frustrated that I can’t access my 24/7 account 24/7! There are a lot of other little errors that keep happening in the app and I usually end up calling the bank before my time is done on the app you’d think with all the maintenance they’re doing. They’d be able to fix this stuff by now, but this has gone on for years.

Limited use
The “upgrade” means I can no longer pay bills online, though I may access and transfer between accounts. And the online ‘assistant’ does not help at all. What a mess!

The Best
I’m a longtime member of TFCU. They had just opened their doors to their first building when I walked in & opened my accounts. Now, 40+yrs later, they continue to be my financial institution.
Poor presentation of accounts on dashboard
Recommend that accounts should be blocked by type and CDs should be shown in order of maturity. Maturity date should be shown without having to click twice. Other financial institutions lists CDs in order of maturity and show the maturity date. There doesn’t seem to be any oreder as to how accounts are displayed.

Ancient and hard to navigate
This app has what feels like old technology and moves slowly. In addition it’s hard to make payments. It’s hard to do everything on this app and the website. I loathe it.
Face ID never works
The title says it all. Plus the constant inability to not use an old password make it more difficult dealing with an already difficult bank.
Bad app, overall banking
Want your member ID? Too bad you have to call in and they’ll hang up on you a few times for no reason. Oh you want to make a loan payment? Well you’re going to link accounts that WONT LET YOU UTILIZE THEM TO MAKE THE PAYMENT. I didn’t know how bad an app or a bank could get until I got involved with this horrible company. Avoid at all cost please. Don’t do it for you, do it for me because I have to suffer the consequences of refinancing with a good rate and now have to deal with this good for nothing app/bank/company as a result.

Why is it so hard to make a payment
I want to pay but this app crashes and doesn’t give me an alternative besides zelle to move money major headache

Can’t transfer or go into BillPay says there is 500.00 error. This new Update is not working. !!!

Every time it finally starts working correctly they either update it and break it or it becomes incompatible with an iOS update. I can’t login at all today. Facial recognition login completely removed or disabled and no login information saved. This is ridiculous.
