Problem
Whenever I go active on a job and then my dispatcher has to reassign it to someone else for efficiency, the app won’t let me go active on another call unless I delete the app and download again

No notification sound
Even though all my notifications is ON and the phone volume is 100% there is no sound! I see the job when its not awarded! The calls is not ringing!! PLEASE FIX THAT WE ARE LOOSING BUSINESS!

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: After having this app for a couple of weeks, I’ve lost a substantial amount of money. Constantly timed out. I’ve deleted this app and gone to their competitor.

Please please please give this app sound and VIBRATION, I’m losing money left and right because I can’t hear anything. At this rate you guys will have to pay me to use your app.
Update: It turns out that the sound is being suppressed when connected to the car Bluetooth system and when connected to Apple CarPlay. Please research this issue and make a patch.

Second review tried re-download. You guys need a loud noise persistent noise until it times out. Not just a single soft chime once. Like a alarm clock! It will work... sure no one will complain!!! Other then that LOVE the app
