Please Update/Fix Lagging Issue
This app needs to be updated. Nearly every time I open the app it doesn’t show pending purchases. Only shows current balance with posted purchases. This morning it didn’t show anything at all due to an error. Please fix these issues!
Real-time Balances
The overall experience is good. We would appreciate improvements in two areas: (1) the balances shown in checking accounts do not always reflect tea-time amounts, especially when larger amounts are being processed. It shows them posted but the balance does not reflect it. (2) It would be great to see posted transactions in the order they were processed. It seems that the newly posted transactions are listed below or scattered among posted transactions from previous days.

Nice App
The app works well, but they provide no way to pay down the principal on a loan. I called and they don’t have any way to help. You would have to mail extra payments and hope they apply it appropriately. I would have rated less, but I hope they read this and improve their app and mend this policy.

App needs overhaul
I know it’s a smaller bank and I love that considering I came from a federal credit union. I was a member of over 30 years but unfortunately navigating things like Zelle on this app is not easy at all actually it’s very frustrating so that makes me a little apprehensive when I have something to do regarding sending money to family members in need of it. They only have Zelle. It’s very complicated. Otherwise I love the people at my local bank that I am privileged enough to get service from. They are wonderful the whole staff and I’m glad I’m part of the new family.

Loan Pay plus (car loan)
Pretty dumb that you can’t access loan pay plus, for a car loan, on the app. It’s a towne bank loan …. That you can’t access on the towne bank app ….

I have to use my thumbprint twice and it spins all the time and doesn’t let me in. I have to back out multiple times. Please fix.
Always Crashing
I’m always having a problem with this app. Either when I open it it crashes or I try to move money over and it crashes

Suggested Improvement
Please add a “memo” line to identify the deposit. Also, when I am in an account and am making a deposit, the “default” account is rarely the account I opened to make the deposit. If I don’t catch this, I have to then make a correcting transfer.
