I can 100% win if I watch ads or pay money. But takes forever to win without it

Took money and can’t contact support.
Game seems fun. I ended up paying for the ad free service, next time I got in the game it reset my progress (just a few chapters, no big deal) and ended up taking my ad free service.
I emailed 2 different support emails and both of them sent me back a email saying I can’t contact them or whatever.
Checked my card charges and sure enough they’re still there for the ad free purchase.
Game is good. Service is not.

Horrible game
I paid money on this game and I when I open my game up everything got removed and I’m back to level one again!
Buggy
Great game but for some reason the game will not let you merge. I’ve reached out to support but they haven’t replied. I’ve paid for the no ads version. Game needs updating.
Can’t get past character 19
It’s a really fun game unfortunately after stage 18 I get stuck. The game randomly closes out.. I logg back in and I continue the battle and restart the wave until it eventually throws me back to the main menu. No rewards just time and revives for my towers and sheriff wasted.
“Bullseyes Event” Broke game!
1st: I love this game!
HOWEVER:
Ever since “Bullseyes Events” started, I am unable to upgrade my base on any level or challenge.
The upgrade menu never comes up. Tower & Barracks upgrade menus appear as expected. Going to fail this event b/c of this bug!

Ruined the game
The no ads costs $15. When I originally bought they had plenty of things that used ads that helped with completing levels. For some reason they removed almost every thing expect the trader ads. They have changed a great deal that made the game better to a waste of money. I desperately want a refund because I did not pay for this. You guys should be ashamed you money hungry devs. They replaced all the ad things with other paid packs that give you the exact same thing the ads did. And each pack cost at least $15. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. It is a waste of money and time. I had a good time when I first started playing and the devs managed to ruin my experience completely. Shame on you devs

Got my $15.89 refund. Apple/Google should ban companies like this who put out this garbage.
Anyone who sees this, read the other low star reviews as well. I’m experiencing the same issues and I paid for the game. It was working fine in the beginning before I paid, I enjoyed it, so I bought it. Then, the challenge mode stopped working, characters just sits there and you have to close the game in order to get out, sometimes free (ad-watch) items won’t do anything when you tap it, and now the game won’t load past 77%. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, I’ve reset my phone settings, restarted my phone, and still only loads to 77%. I’ll be sure to avoid any app made by this developer.

Won’t Load past 77% after paying for ad pass
Installed, had some fun, liked it enough to support by purchasing the lifetime AD free pass, liked the game even more. 1hr later, game crashed and will not load past 77%. I have uninstalled the app 3 times, same issue. Please resolve this!

Hello owner the reason why I put what I did on the title is because when I played the game, I only got to the patrol button point before reloading my game and once I did, my data was reset fix this please.

Broken
Challenges is broken for me, tried reinstalling didn’t fix. So the only way to progress my weapons and armor is to spend me..
More levels
I like this game, but it’s maxed out at level 23 and you cannot progress further, it didn’t take very long to reach that either. Maybe 15 hours of gameplay. Seems lacking anyways.

There is a bug on the one of the challenges where you start the match and it freezes and it seems like the only way to progress through the stages is to watch adds to unlock upgrades
Hit a wall quick
They have not updated the game with any meaningful upgrades. Gameplay is not developed, so the enemy plateaus in most of the daily levels, making it monotonous, and there is no way to get equipment other than buying it after a certain point.
Overall, it just seems like an ad-based cash grab.

Challenge issue
I love this game but since the latest update I can no longer play the challenge. The screen opens but my sheriff will not move the gun just swings around.
