The food was delicious, the presentation was wonderful, waitresses so helpful and polite! Our experience this week has been wonderful in fact we enjoyed it so much on day one of our vacation that we ended going back daily and everything was delicious! Can’t wait to come back next year, we just wish y’all were in Florida!

Great dishes and options but app needs work
I appreciate the high quality dishes, good healthy options, but the app does not clarify ingredients and does not permit any sort of narrative from the customer; for ex: I have celiac disease, must eat GF; many of the dishes are likely GF, or have GF options, but in many instances, the customer has no ability to be assured (I.e. Are the rosemary, potatoes GF? Why are the breakfast tacos advertised with a corn shell option, but the customer cannot actually select this on the app?) other similar restaurants in other cities allow the customer to place a short narrative with the item selected, so the communication between kitchen and customer is facilitated. Estimated completion time is way off
Whenever I order, I almost always have to wait for my order 5 to 10 minutes longer than the app says my food will be ready. It is really annoying. And then when you point this out/ask the servers, they get put out that they have to walk back and check on the order. Every time I insist on them checking on my order, they come back from the kitchen with it. Was it just sitting back there?

Great app, one small issue
Overall great app. However I have received periodic emails about a promotion offering a free bone broth. When you click on the reward and say “begin order” the reward item is not added to the basket so there is no way to redeem the reward. Hoping this is just a minor bug that will be resolved in future updates.

The food here is flawless. The App works well without a hitch. It’s clear to use and the options or adjustments are easy to navigate. I wish more apps worked this way. Keep up the good work.

Horrible app if you can find it
It’s called Rebol. Thats the restaurant you order food from. Can’t search it. So that’s horrible marketing and execution. More to pint the app is hard to order from. And Apple Pay kept failing. Had to contact Apple Card to see if something wrong with card. It was the app. Great food but just go there don’t waste your time with this.

Pick up at time & actual time food is ready are wayyyyy off. Not aligned at all. Did the opposite of what I wanted to do which was stand inside waiting an additional 20 plus minutes.

The app takes a long time to respond to selections, causing the user to re-press their selection, which then unselects the selection.
Ingredients not available prevent check out and make the user go back and edit their order instead of just asking the user if they approve the change.

Love the update made, looks good and easy to use.
Good food, app? Not so much
The food is excellent. The app leaves a lot to be desired. Can you order more than one dish? Nah, make a separate order. If you somehow fail to get your order right, you’ll be told it’s invalid. But you won’t be told why. A great boon for psychics. Again, the food is excellent and the app sort of works.
