Ad I downloaded this game from was totally different. False advertising should be bannable
Zoo
Really cool game I hate that the zoo isn’t available for all players really saddened me to see someone play with me in the same room and not have the same amenities. When will the zoo be ready for all players not just a selected group??

Township is not at all what this ad portrays also after a little while of playing it gets so difficult that you have to start spending your own money or else you can’t pass they make it very hard for you to do anything on the game without spending money you’ll get to a point where you get your town going and then you just can’t do anything so have fun with that

Used to be fun but changes suck
I have spent probably $1000 of actual real money on this game. It can get crazy expensive.
And I hate the new game money system they did, changing the value and cost of things, it is ridiculous.
I am also tired of them adding new community buildings but not expanding the available land. For players who have maxed out the land and the zoo like me, I’m having to delete or completely redesign constantly to fit the new required buildings.
Developers: listen to your players, lots of us are saying this, More land is needed! Release some of the ocean maybe to add more land or push the cliffs back please, I’ve expanded to the max! It’s a problem for players who have maxed out but still get new community buildings they must add!
It also becomes boring with no new land to decorate and I lose incentive to come play with nothing to change or develop. My town is a cluttered mess!

Could be better
I enjoy playing the game but like all games where you’re in a team you need to be able to chat to your teammates. Blanket ban on chat in the uk, why? Clash of clans you can chat..please just verify age.

Pointless waste of time
Ads for this game are intentionally misleading; actual game is pretty dumb; no real objective in playing the game. Watching grass grow would be an infinitely better use of time - at least you would be getting some fresh air. I hope the brain atrophy from spending time on this is not irreversible.
Disappointed customer
I dislike how I was lead to believe to be playing the way it was advertised, but also downloading and playing anyway you cannot succeed until you pay to expand further.

The purchases are pending way too long, when the money comes out instantly!!! Fix issue

Poor service when needed
I have been sending messages for almost two weeks trying to rectify a glitch in my game. Initially I texted with someone then it went silent. I enjoy the game but will delete it as I cannot get any response or help.

I like the ads! I’d love to play a game like that. But noooooo. They have to be buttheads and make some game like candy crush with timers that has nothing to do with the Ads. Avoid.

5 yrs and im about done with these hard puzzles and games. You have no choice but to spend real money? I refuse to. It’s hard because I love the game. But even the co-ops have become toxic, with jealousy!!
