It is a frustrating and punishing experience to play the game to clear out hundreds of similar items within 100 seconds; there’s a deliberate slowing of clearing out items. The purchase of coins to play is extremely expensive and the rewards are extremely mean that one has to pay hundreds of dollars to continue playing. The design demonstrates the greediness and cunning of the developer.
It’s not fun at all. You play with all negative thoughts, emotions and attitudes towards the developer as the developer tries to push you to purchase expensive items to continue playing with little rewards but spending lots of time and money to continuing playing to pass each ultra hard levels.
Not only the hard, super and ultra hard levels are hard that only 105 seconds to clear out hundreds of packed jammed similar items; it’s almost impossible to pass the level without using boosters and thousands of coins (1000 coins cost 3 dollars). I spent few thousands dollars I two months to play this extreme games. The developer plays on winning and not losing psychology like gambling addiction; so please do not start this puzzle game like me especially when you’re playing with iPhone and finger, need a much larger screen and a precise stylus. I am a fool to continue playing this extremely expensive and difficult game. The developer did not update the game for 3 weeks as it should be updated every 2 weeks. What happens to over 4 year old children when they are hooked with this game.

Uses bots disguised as actual players, game helpers are extremely expensive, levels get unbearably difficult starting around level 1000. And it won’t let me leave this review, claims ALL names are being used. So they even cheat with that!
Pushing for in app purchases
This is a good game initially but the higher your levels the more impossible it gets with constant hard levels. They are pushing for purchases. It’s a shame, it could have been a good game but if you are not willing to purchase you will get stuck constantly. Frustrating, hateful and annoying.

Before last update, I paid to have my game ad-free. After just a couple days of playing, the game became so incredibly hard. There absolutely is not time to beat the level I’m on. I have encountered hard levels before, but eventually after 4, 5, or 6 tries, I could get through it. Now it is impossible. They simply do NOT give enough time to collect all the required pieces. The only solution would be to buy points to get by it, and I spent enough just to get rid of the insulting ads. Too bad. As soon as I did that, I think they expected that I would just keep paying more to keep playing. WRONG!!!

This app is very expensive. I spent way too much money on it. When you win multiple puzzles in a row, you get bonuses. If you pause the game, it often counts you as quitting. That removes all the bonuses you have earned and cost you money to get back to where you were. Customer Service did not offer to compensate or fix many times so I will not be using this game anymore. there are so many more games out there that have good customer service and this app is super expensive to play. Impossible to win and in app purchases don’t give you much so they accumulate quickly. Also, there are so many fees that you pay way more than they say on the app.

I love this game. It is one of the most balanced match 3 games out there with beautiful graphics that remind you of living in a magical toy land. Excellent customer service too!

Ich habe dieses Spiel monatelang sehr gerne gespielt, weil ich Erfolg hatte und schnell weiterkam. Aber plötzlich (vielleicht ab einem bestimmten Level?) wurde das Spiel so schwer, dass man ein und dasselbe Level immer wieder spielen muss und trotzdem scheitert. Irgendwann sind die Booster aufgebraucht und man müsste echtes Geld ausgeben. So macht es natürlich keinen Spaß mehr und ich werde die App löschen.

Game Was Great…Until
I did love this game, until you made it too expensive, and impossible. Now you pay $1.99 for extra time to get through a level and you don’t even get 1 minute to get through the level. How are you supposed get through a level that has 80or 100 items left with only 40 seconds to complete the level? People stop playing, and spending money to play, when you make it almost impossible to finish the level at a reasonable cost.

This is an okay game, but it is getting a bit frustrating. I think the part that frustrates me most is the misspelling of a particular word. In your card game, the word cactus is misspelled as catus. 🫤 Oops. I know sometimes things slip by us so I hope I’m not stepping on toes. It’s even in my nickname “Great Speller.” I taught language arts for many years so it’s second nature to me.
