Look good but way too expensive $120usd
I was interest but definitely too expensive $120usd. I will have pay $10 lifetime for a kid app not more.
Makes CAD super easy!
This app is pretty amazing. It brings my son’s drawings to reality! The videos aren’t too long and really explain all the tools and uses. We really also like the different joints types you can add to the figure very easily. Has family sharing included as well, I’m going to check out the non-kid version and try to make some things for around the house.

What the actual heck? This is so unfair..
I downloaded this app, since it looked fun and usable. I tried it out, made a nice little model, and was pretty proud of it. When I was all done, I went to save it, and got a screen asking for a subscription. Really? I installed this app because it was free. But I’m not even allowed to download a model for 3d printing without it telling me to pay for it. I’m a kid. I don’t have a payment method on my iPad. Not the mention, the “free trial” only lasts 3 days, so it’s not even worth it to give it a try and see if it’s worth spending money on. At this point I can’t even make a 3d model for my printer without being told i need to pay money. Completely not worth it.

Impressive!
This app lets you draw in 3d and make your own toys. i love the app because it’s very creative. well for the next update, could you add more colors or a color picker? but still, i love the app
Unique
I have a 4 year old and she loves to draw in this app with me. Watching her face glow with excitement when a random set of squiggles can become a 3d print she can hold is amazing for us both. Toycad doesn’t have the arrangement of tools and options as say nomad or blender, but it also made for kids. It’s designed to be simple to start, but there are many advanced features the more time you spend with it. The tutorial videos are super helpful and have helped me design some fun toys my kid loves. Toycad is worth 5 stars to me.
