Recently got a new GR Supra. The app does not let you connect the vehicle.. keeps showing “unknown error” hope they fix it since it is an amazing vehicle
Remote actions don’t work
Not able to use any of the remote lock, unlock and ventilation functions
Won't Unlock Car
I have left my keys in the car a handful of times, the app will never connect to unlock it

For those with the dreaded white screen no load after entering pin. Side load pancake store and copy and paste the Toyota Supra link and install/downgrade back to 5.7.0 and thank me later.

Why?
Had the app for 1 month before the screen went gray. Deleted and reloaded twice. Same result. WHY does a company that makes such good quality vehicles fall so short when it comes to the extras?
Can't Even Load the App Anymore
After the recent update, after i get passed the pin, nothing will load. Only a blank white screen when the app is in use.
I would've hoped this update came with reduced latency for its services.

Gray screen
I’ve had my Supra for three days, and all I have seen with the Supra app is a gray screen as soon as I open it. Dealership installed and set the app up for me, so it has to be something wrong with the app. I’ve tried troubleshooting but nothing seems to work. Pretty frustrating. I’ve given up on it. Uninstalled it. Useless garbage. Toyota needs to make their own app, not rely on a competitor.

The app is really only good to have access to your vin number and to check fuel levels. Now it no longer works …

My app just opens up into a blank grey picture? Tried restarting my iPhone 17 PM and deleting and re-adding the app and nothing. What’s going on with the app?
App not loading
The app used to work a couple days ago, however now when i sign in i get stuck on some grey screen. Sign out sign in did not fix it. Same with deleting the app. Toyota or BMW needs to fix this asap. I didn’t spend 70k on a car for the app not to work. This is unacceptable, luckily i have other trackers in the car but the app was a good tool to have.
