Remote actions don’t work
Not able to use any of the remote lock, unlock and ventilation functions

Don't know how long it will last but it seems to work now

App is terrible 5.7.1
For those with the dreaded white screen no load after entering pin. Side load pancake store and copy and paste the Toyota Supra link and install/downgrade back to 5.7.0 and thank me later.
Why?
Had the app for 1 month before the screen went gray. Deleted and reloaded twice. Same result. WHY does a company that makes such good quality vehicles fall so short when it comes to the extras?
Can't Even Load the App Anymore
After the recent update, after i get passed the pin, nothing will load. Only a blank white screen when the app is in use.
I would've hoped this update came with reduced latency for its services.
Cusotmer service is no help. Who are we supposed to send your complaints and feedback to?

Gray screen
I’ve had my Supra for three days, and all I have seen with the Supra app is a gray screen as soon as I open it. Dealership installed and set the app up for me, so it has to be something wrong with the app. I’ve tried troubleshooting but nothing seems to work. Pretty frustrating. I’ve given up on it. Uninstalled it. Useless garbage. Toyota needs to make their own app, not rely on a competitor.

Limited at best
The app is really only good to have access to your vin number and to check fuel levels. Now it no longer works …
App not loading
The app used to work a couple days ago, however now when i sign in i get stuck on some grey screen. Sign out sign in did not fix it. Same with deleting the app. Toyota or BMW needs to fix this asap. I didn’t spend 70k on a car for the app not to work. This is unacceptable, luckily i have other trackers in the car but the app was a good tool to have.

Low Grade Garbage
This inconsistent app stopped working for about the tenth time in less than two years. Toyota Support claims they do not support the app anymore and now BMW supports it. I called BMW Assist and they told me Toyota supports it, not BMW. This app corrupts the iPhone OS every few months and it’s a hassle with Apple every time to get my iPhone working properly again. Toyota support at best is highly deceptive and time wasting. If you are at least of normal intelligence you should stay away from filth like this app. I finally got Toyota to support Supra Connect and they will only email me in 5 days with a support ticket to start the support process. It’s Friday and the weekend doesn’t count because they are closed so it will be a week until they might email me - that’s 7 freakin’ days. GARBAGE!!!!

Not loading
I was able to create my account and link my supra, however when I open the app it request my on, and then goes to a white / grey screen and never loads past that. The app is unusable for any of the features due to this load issue.

Does this app even work? I signed up and registered my car and when I open the app all I get is a light gray screen and nothing pops up
Last Release broke app
App loads to white screen now after login. Does not work at all. Deleted and reinstalled, still not working. Please fix, ridiculous that cars worth half the cost of a Supra have better working apps.
5.7.1 is broken
I recently updated the app from 5.7.0 to 5.7.1 and it completely made the application unusable. Once I log into the app, it doesn’t load, and just stays on a white screen. I’ve tried logging out and then back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that didn’t fix it either.
Doesn’t work
Bought car in December, app worked for 2-3 weeks and have a simple error since, been over ten months of calling into BMW and Toyota once a week/every other and constantly just get the ring around of “someone is working on it” and I am never able to speak to someone with any authority or jurisdiction so just stuck with it not working and the closest thing to assistance being provided are apologies and no sign of a resolution

Doesn’t work
Recently purchased a 2026, and through weeks of trying and every error code imaginable, it still won’t connect to the car. Sometimes it won’t validate the VIN, sometimes it won’t even load past the login screen, sometimes it just says “an error has occurred” when I try to connect to the app.
Seems to have settled on a constant inability to establish a network connection no matter the circumstance, even if I uninstall > hard reset phone > reinstall the app. If you decline its request to use “bmw USA” to login (even without any bmw apps on the phone, and I’m in Canada) the app will crash without opening until you uninstall > reinstall.

Can’t use at all
It has been days so far of trying to access this app but it seems to be completely broken. Keeps on getting Stuck on a screen that says “data unavailable. Unable to retrieve the required terms and conditions. Please try again later.”

Missing features, SLOW
Five years, and this app is barebones. No remote start, each remote action takes eons to complete, and sometimes it just fails outright.
Not really sure what the point of this app is. There aren’t even widgets that tie into the app, no Siri Shortcuts either. An absolute token effort.
I think the API should be opened up and allow for community apps. There is ZERO reason for it to be locked up, it’s my car.

V4.3.1 Map loads correctly
Map is fixed. Mileage & fuel readings need to sync sooner, closer to real time. App itself is pretty basic, but connected services need feature and performance enhancements to make it really useful.
Maps are broken
Just got my Supra less than a month ago. The map feature has been blank ever since. Seems like a known issue among owners….
