Im lost there needs to be a major update everything in blank basically and alot of things are in Spanish i wanted to originally sign up for tp christmas scavenger hunt but i cant even do that 🤷🏽♀️ can see my hours nothing and i tried looking for another app that it could be and this is the only teleperformance app i feel ripped off .....

Worst app ever
You can’t see anything regarding your hours, calling off, or anything that will be important for an employee. The app needs to be updated and is basically a waste of space. Once it’s updated then it may be useful.
Am I in the right place?
Employees of Teleperformance are supposedly able to see the hours they worked, and schedule days off as well as participate in site wide activities!!? Thus the tpusa app was created!! However; this is obviously not the right one. I am unable to locate the links and tabs that are supposedly within this?? More later if i can figure the bugs out!!

Confused
I am not sure as to what this is supposed to do. The app is showcasing the company history. No schedules, discounts or anything the claimed the app would do. The only piece of info on this not related to the company history is in Spanish and taking place in South America.....
I would like the app to do what it’s advertised to do . I would give it a zero if possible but one is the lowest, just another disappointment dealing with this app.

Wrong app
People are rating this thinking it’s the other app. You have to go on a web store to download the right app. The right app has schedule, discounts and even a way to call out. Gototp.com/me/app

Nothing like what was advised
I’m not really sure what this app is supposed to do. I know what TPUSA SAID it was going to do, but it’s nothing like that. No schedule review, no employee discounts, no call out options. I suppose they were focusing on the “and more” description than actual functionality.

You can’t call off here. You don’t get the list of discounts tp offers. It doesn’t do what they say it will do. I was super excited and this really bummed me out. I will try later but I’m deleted it for now.
