Used this app for several years to check my EAP225 access point, then the app didn’t work, advised need to update the firmware, after this the app can’t find the EAP access point. Tried resetting to default SSID still couldn’t find the device so resorted to using the web to restore the settings. What a parlarva! Can’t these software developers make anything easy. Now in the process of deleting the app completely after wasting time

Whatever happened in the last update, I can no longer manage devices. I just get a spinning sprint image. The app is terribly slow.
OpenVPN is effectively not working.
There is partial compatibility with OpenVPN profiles from different generations.
* An OpenVPN 2.5 profile using tls-crypt-v2 is accepted by the system and may appear as active, meaning the configuration is formally loaded and a client object is created.
However, no actual VPN session is established: the client does not appear in the list of active connections, no working tunnel interface is created, and no traffic is actually passed through the VPN.
* An OpenVPN 2.4 profile using tls-crypt works better: a VPN session can in fact be established, the tunnel comes up, routing is applied, and the external IP may change.
However, the connection remains incomplete, because not all associated traffic is handled by the tunnel consistently. In practice, this means:
* main user traffic is already going through the VPN,
* while some service traffic, especially DNS requests, continues to be handled by the local system according to its own networking logic and is not fully bound to the VPN tunnel.
So the issue can be summarized as follows:
* An OpenVPN 2.5 profile is formally activated but does not create a real connection: no active session appears and no tunnel is established.
* An OpenVPN 2.4 profile does create a connection, but it remains only partially functional, because the VPN is not used consistently for all traffic.
In other words, the problem is one of different levels of compatibility between OpenVPN profile generations:
* the newer profile is only nominally active and does not form a working session;
* the older profile does form a working tunnel, but does not provide full migration of all network functions into the VPN.

The Adopting function of Omada is useful but too complex, very difficult for all users to succefully adopt the new Omada devices (especially routers and switches) into the existing Omada network, so please urgently simplify the adoption procedure and funtions to let regular user to quickly and easily complete any Omada devices into the Existing Omada Eco-system, that should dractically improve your business performance and commercial figures as well ! Thank a lot !!! (yo be noted: currently I have to completely delete/erase and disconnect the previous preconfigured device prior to adopt the same device into my same Omada network, why ? for what reason ? that is totally weird and crazy procedure that should be solved and excluded ! Thank much for your attention and understanding, Sir !!!
