Couldn’t connect to my c660
Disappointed that it couldn’t connect to my c660 camera!

i have 2 brand new tplink cameras... both work fine on all my android products. i tried setting them up with a the ipad and it refuses to recognize even the camera model, but then wants $49. a month for a subscription... no way

Installed app and my C220camera not listed when trying to add camera, dissappointed!

This is use for security it takes a long time to load sometime but it’s fine!

It won't let me update to become 2nd person for one camera in the household. As a family member tried to send a link.. it haven't been sent to me at all, unless i update the app, but i can't update. Just keeps saying open. And i just downloaded this app, wouldn't it be updated already?
Customer Service is the BEST!
I have five NC450 for about six years and recently had weird issues like not able to connect to the live stream remotely. I am very good with electronics and I tried number of things including both basic and advanced levels to resolve but couldn’t. As a final resort, I have reached out to the customer and etc have escalated it to the engineering team. And they were able to resolve the problems with my cameras very quickly and professionally! One of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had! Keep up the good work guys! And make sure to keep more people like them in your team! Thanks again!

Useless
Only works on a small number of tapo cameras. I have c425 cameras. These are not supported. They don’t tell you that before you download and install this waste of time app.
The camera’s great. App mediocre.
The app’s just not particularly user friendly. It works but I find it difficult.
One MAJOR thing is that I can’t figure out is how to upload to iCloud. They push you to use their pay cloud service. I already pay for iCloud and want to use it for storage; NOT theirs.
I bought your camera. It’s mine. You ain’t gonna rope me into buying your cloud storage too!

Good system
I find that this system works pretty reliably, and gives me a perfectly adequate view out of the window of a remote house. It drops out occasionally, but then usually reconnects. The ability to take a snapshot is good.
No use
Apple’s 16.1.1 update and your app no longer seems to work. Any answers?

TPLink ввести свои санкции против России. С сегодняшнего дня ни одна камера, подключенная к интернет у меня более не работает. Все камеры, что находятся в закрытой сети, работают как и ранее. Все остальные после запуска тури же перегружаются.

This company is stupid. There is no where to call for tech support and their products are cheap. This app won’t sink anything
No connection disappointed
Was really impressed with the quality and easy access and quite simple to navigate the app but that was just for a day. From
The next day there is no wifi connection to connect the cam to view the live feed when I am out and about. But not only now no connection or network but it does not even work with mobile date to view away option. I may be doing something wrong ! But at least it should work when I am home but NO !

App Stopped Working
None of my cameras work and my app stopped working. Tried resetting everything, now the app won’t download…

Can not share to other
It’s terrible that I could not share the camera with my parents from overseas. They even signed in to my account, but they could not see. All set up has to connect to the same router with the camera. It’s frustrating.
