Difficult to find patterns d for tickets
Don’t ever lose the email. Without them it is a challenge to get your tickets
I Had No Trouble At All
I agree it would be easier to just use Ticketmaster but you can’t download this app and access your tickets until 48hrs before your event. I received the email and it told me that my tickets would be ready at 7:30 that night. I downloaded the app and signed in for the first time after 7:30pm and my tickets were right there. I would recommend waiting until after your set time to login for the first time.

Won’t show tickets
I am trying to access tickets to a show for tomorrow night and it says there is an error accessing PrintTickets. It started yesterday afternoon. Beyond frustrated.
Tired of this
What I love is that they go out of their way to not use Ticketmaster and make you download their own app only to STILL hit you with a handling fee for absolutely no reason. It’s all digital. Why am I paying a $30 “handling fee” on top of my ticket. These multimillionaire owners always have to be greedy.

Could not sign in kept telling me I was already registered
Tried to sign in to get my tickets. Would not let me sign in typed in my email said some of this email already exists and would not let me register again. Ask for them to email me my information it said email did not exist
Simple but works
I haven’t used every part of the app but what I have done has worked and done so well.

Not a functional app.
