Account not updating on time. Paid payments not updated and showing as Dues.
SMS messages not receiving, when vehicles moving in a restricted area. Receiving SMS only for on vehicle.

Very Good and user friendly app
Doesn’t report accurately
The company should pursue legal action against the developer of their app. The app fails to show the correct location, does not provide ignition on/off notifications, and inconsistently reports tracking data. Management is not paying attention to customer complaints.
Useless app
It is never up to date , always loading for location and never gives accurate location.
Poor response
Despite many attempts Apps is down for last 04 days & no update how long it will take to be up & operational

It's not working on iPhone. Keeps showing update message and fails to track my car.

What kind of a pathetic app is this that keeps crashing, can’t select vehicle in drop down list. I mean in this day and age and with the money you charge, you can’t make a decent app? Downright incompetence.
Useless, never gives accurate location

The app is junk... Hardly works! Takes ages for it to load position on map & even then an old location, not real-time.
Map is not detailed so it leaves you guessing where vehicle actually is!
Purpose of app should be to provide detailed info to user like current speed, speed graphs, movement history, speed/braking trends, ignition status, remote activation of microphone on device (if equipped) etc.
I expected TPL on whom we rely with our most expensive possession to atleast employ a bit of technological foresight in par with 21st century and deliver what their customers demand... Useful, fast, accurate & meaningful data unlike this app which goes on to show kindergarten approach!
