Errors right out of the box
The patient portal works fine, except it doesn’t work so well on a phone, and it seems to be missing some features that the app has.
I downloaded it and tried to login, but it said “UNABLE TO CREATE ACCOUNT This user exists but is not linked to this customer.”
The app offers no support at this point, so I go to the website and find the support link and it comes up “404 page not found “.

Hard to find value
I got the app because my local TRA office said on the VRU, that it was easier and faster to schedule on the app. The app however was still “working” on the scheduling of my appointment, meanwhile I called and got
My appointment in a matter of minutes… plus, I haven’t yet received the images that my Chiropractor received the same day. So if scheduling is supposed to be easier, and medical imaging should be viewable on the app and neither is successful, I have to wonder how long I’ll be keeping the app.

Booking an online appointment with TRA app
I’ve tried several times to make an appointment using the TRA app. The app is not user friendly at all. The information requested i.e. the referral is something the patient in our case doesn’t receive. The type of specific procedure is not communicated to the patient either with the exception of the type, CT, MRI, X-Ray, Bone Density etc….the specifics are unknown. When the General questions are answered the app will not accept or move on in the scheduling process. The app needs a lot of work before it can be used effectively and efficiently.

App will not work, keeps saying Internal server error.
Not ready for patients
This app is a complete hack. I was sent to do a checkin for an upcoming appointment. There were features missing, error messages and MISSPELLED WORDS! I clearly did not get checked in. Releasing an app in this condition just makes TRA look bad.
Did not work as expected
It was frustrating that I could not schedule my imaging on the website, but only through a mobile app. I filled out all of the questions, but yet received a UFO text the next morning stating that they needed more information to avoid cancellation of my imaging. None of the questionnaire, including my height and weight, went through the app to the system. I then had to wait 20 minutes for a return call to answer the same questions.
