audio and video dont work

i had virtual visits on this app multiple times and each time there was no working audio or video on my phone. i had to do meeting w my doctor over an actual phone call. what does work tho for some reason is using headphones on an ipad instead of iphone.

Never has worked properly

I was told by my provider that this was the way to contact them and send them pictures, etc. but it does not work. This is not the portal that they had provided for me so what is this for?

Not great

Can't sign in never sends me a code to my cell phone.

Also, why are there multiple apps like, why is this app different from the one? I talk to providers and send messages and make appointments in? It'd be best to just have one app.

Active hold screen

Overall, the system is very easy to use in the audio and video were good. However, when waiting for a practitioner, if that practitioner is late, then you’re just sitting on the screen telling you that they have been notified. After a few minutes you start to question whether you’re really still connected… It would be helpful if there was something active on that screen like a timer showing how long you have been waiting (or even old school hold music!)

Terrible app

Terrible, terrible app! For all VM advanced tech you would think they could at least have a reasonable app. Their partners who use epic aren’t a hellava lot better but at least you can work around.
