Does the scram (alcohol bracelet) have gps?
all the app does is tell me the battery %. I don’t hAve a camera to use it

I’ve had the device for a week and only had it say my face was blocked once.. nothing came from it.
Make sure the app is up and working before you get released. Make sure notifications are enabled. Set alarms as a back up. You have about a half hour grace period to take breath test.. I’ll keep you posted if any glitches occur.

Hard to find
I spent over 2 hours looking for this app so I could take my test. You all should make it easier to find the app! You literally have to use the term (TRAC Monitoring Device) you will never find the this app.
Update 3/2/2022 10:10 CST So they sent me a phone to use with the trac device since the device suddenly stopped working with my phone. They give you very specific instructions to call during normal business hours to let them know you have received the device and paired it your phone using Bluetooth. I followed those instructions to a T. Guess what though, the Guy on the other end whom usually answers for Trac Systems was very rude and snappy with me and said the whole point of calling is to call to verify that the device is working via testing. Well Sir that is common sense but WAS NOT the instructions sent to me via email. Anyone whom is trying to do this and stay on top of things is going to follow the instructions given. If the company doesn’t like the results received, than please rewrite them! And after being open for the day for 2 hours, consider lightening up! There customer service skills are beyond unpleasant. Sir, I’m just trying to get my life back on track and follow the instructions you all sent me. Trust me, if I didn’t have to call and do this I would never approach this type of insensitivity in my life. Thanks but no thanks.

Problems
This app won’t let me open it. I tried turning my phone off, deleting the app and reinstall it. The app would still not let me open it. I even tried to see if it needed updated. Still nothing.
Downloaded update and lost reminders
I was prompted to download the update for the app and lost the reminder/alarm feature for when it is time to test again. Deleted the app and reloaded and it is still gone. WATCH OUT! Set your own alarm after each test or risk missing one and committing a FELONY !!!!
