No download app option. Says device isn’t compatible, but listed in description as compatible. Should support small iPad.
Bug
I payed for a pro subscription but the subscription directed to a different player on the team rather than who I tried to pick. After I got rid of the wrong player my subscription disappeared. In billing it still shows I own the subscription but when I try to add a player to my family it keeps asking me to pay for a new subscription. I would like to try and refund or if there is a solution that would be better.

I think it was better if we can watch games in app

Just spent $50 on the pro only for them to not trace myself but mistake me for a different player and I can’t even watch the videos in the app. For $50 I expect these to work flawlessly.
Too many glitches
Great idea, if they can fix all the bugs, and make it easier to navigate. Very slow to download, not user friendly, even with the guided tutorials. I want to be able to save it to my photos on my phone and it doesn’t allow for that. I want to be able to post on social media and it doesn’t allow for that. You cannot share it with anyone unless they have an account.

difficult to go back and forward to watch plays. it should play like a video. many plays are cut off as the camera is slow to keep up.

Where has this been all my life?! It’s incredible!!! There’s nothing like this on the market. There are apps that are similar, but don’t hold a candle to Trace. Highly recommended!!!

The trace teams always think my teammate is me. Its slow. Doesn’t produce good highlights. And so stupid.
Cameras don’t work
Our club has 3 cameras, 2 of them have not worked sin over 8 months while they were already paid for. Customer service doesn’t exist, email after email and all I get is a run around and still not replaced the cameras. Veo >>
Too complex… too simple…
Too many steps to start a recording- especially with the same camera. Can’t schedule recordings. Preview inop. Video quality and AI not improving. Player focus and zoom not accurate beyond ~40m from camera.
If you want a simple fisheye video of the match- sure.

Personalization
PlayerCam (4x zoom on my son) and the circle are amazing. I get a text after the game with an AI highlight of just my son that I can easily share with family.
Settings and Zoom feature
Two biggest items that would make experience better.
1. Default should be volume on…I have to turn volume back on multiple times throughout the match.
2. Player focus should be option not default. Most people want to watch the match and later come back to focus on specific moments.
3. Glitch when zooming in too much, restarts the playback and original setting (ie no volume/player focus). This happens way too much!

Lost game video
Too many software updates which causes games to not record… customer service don’t care about your complaints
Use something else.
Try canceling my Trace pro. Even though it says that I cancel it on the website, they still charge me for the next year. I do not use Trace at all now and they said that they would not be able to refund me since it’s been more than seven days. Even though I got charged for it today.
Awful tech support awful
The tech support is all AI bot and not helpful. It is all done via email. This leads to wasted time, ineffective help solutions, and a product that does NOT work. Do not invest or spend your money. Find another product.
Trace is NOT worth the money!
If you’re still within the 7-day window for ordering your subscription, CANCEL it and get your money back! The videos never record and process correctly. The AI doesn’t work. Customer service is responsive, but there’s always an excuse followed by “it will get better moving forward.” They’re selling fool’s gold! Beware!!

Redirects to browser
I got the app so I wouldn’t be forced to use a browser but still the app redirects me the website, why should I have the app then?

We’ve been using it for years and it’s been ‘fine.The AI is generally bad but it was at least pretty reliable for recording games. A lot of our cameras had battery issues though. Customer service has been good
