This aap is a creep scam
Is this app is scam or something? Cuz it made me to allow 3 permission for assessing my photos contact and even allows for sent mail on my behalf and when i gave the permission the app lagged and never started so i deleted the app but in very concern about my privacy…

Very shady business. I bought the premium plan so I could add a second email address but it kept taking me to the purchase page to get a second subscription unknowingly charging me nearly $700. I’ve emailed customer service 4-5 times with no answer or vague responses. I started a dispute with PayPal and TRACK offered me a $9.99 refund. Just absurd. Use Mail suite for Gmail for free.

Not great
The app will randomly stops working and it’s impossible to reach anyone from customer service. Basically you have to wait several days for it to eventually start working.

There is no way of cancelling a subscription. I’ve been trying for over a year and just got charged to $200 for another freaking year! Jerks.
Disappointment
Disappointed in the ability to see when emails are opened and read. I only received two notifications out of many emails I sent during the trial period. And one was a test email I sent myself. So I definitely was not going to purchase the full version.

Email addresses have give-away wording
Unless I’m doing this wrong, there is a give-away in the address that would tell a recipient they were being tracked. What is the point of that…?! Quite, quite, useless!!! And further you get these friendly follow up emails as if the developer is really writing them that can’t be replied to and no one has ever replied to the issue I bring up here. I’d love to be proven wrong. Overly complicated to use.

Option…over 1 YEAR later I’m still dealing with trying to get it removed. THIRTY TWO (32) emails to their “service” center and still no reply. How Track has hi jacked my email account and won’t let me send!!
Yes, I’ve worked with Gmail and Apple, and tried every way to remove. JOE GREENWAY was reported to the FTC today, as well as class action attorneys that said there are many.
DONT even get close to this app.

Poor customer support
I was charged for another year subscription through PayPal, ONE MONTH after canceling my subscription. No response from customer support. This app works, but puts the word Track in front of all your email contacts. Had no problem with customer support during free trial period. But after paying for premium app, I get no response when asking questions about problems. Don’t download this app! Apple should delete them from their App Store.

Difficult to remove
I have been trying for months to remove this email tracking program on my Gmail accounts.
Even sending requests for help to the developer. No response. I am now receiving automated emails saying “Your message has not been sent. Reactivate your account now”
which is disconcerting seeing important communication not being sent.
The app was great when first used and did what was needed, but removing it has been impossible. Now I am concerned with privacy issues.

Unable to get subscription
App is really good for tracking. I need to do subscription. But its not working .. need help with direct payment
To many glitches
Paid for yearly subscription worked good for a while but now does nothing it sends two emails to confirm sent tracking feed has completely left keeps disconnecting me from the feed and now I’ve paid for nothing .

Joe Greenway is currently scamming 8 million people by charging their accounts unnoticed. It takes people years to notice the charges and he labels the charges something else so you don’t notice. You can cancel your account but he will still access your checking
