Terrible App
It is incredibly sad to know that justice departments/jails rely on this app to determine people’s freedom. This app has many bugs and nobody seems to know what is going on with it at all. The app will fail to send notifications to clients and on many occasions the breathalyzer tests won’t go through at all. When this happens, the clients on this program get threatened with “violation” of their probation/etc. which in turn - risks their freedom. It is an utter disappointment that justice systems rely on this app to determine people’s freedom. When it comes to whether or not someone is going to sit in a cell - the system it is built on should be free of glitches in the system and a complete lack of understanding with what is going on internally. If any justice department is reading this I highly recommend a reassessment of the software that is used to determine the constitutional right of freedom.

Ridiculous
It would be nice to just be at work without this thing bothering you. I only have this because of the court cause they think that I’m drinking every two minutes lol.
Dumb
I wish after you take a test it don’t make you take another one ten to 15 mins minutes later 🙄
Possible improvements
I wish it would:
Communicate over WiFi, as cell coverage near me is spotty.
Provide some feedback at the conclusion of the test.
Show the test complete screen long enough to screen shot so I could maintain a record of it.

Never works!
After taking tests and it saying Test Complete, low and behold 15 minutes later a reminder to take my test. Nothing registers. Nothing works. Always having to reinstall. TRASH
Garbage App
For an app to hold so much weight on my future this app fasho don’t work over 90% of the time.
Delete and re-Install app
Constantly having to delete and reinstall due to not sending off results. Had to do 3 tests in one hour in hopes it would work each test, which it didn’t. Needs updated and troubleshooting done.
Horrible app
Worst app for phone I have ever used. Last update causes tons of problems. 20% of the time video fails to upload IN SPITE of reporting “Test Complete” and giving no indication of a problem whatsoever. Developer please fix this app.
Unreliable and problematic
I am now on my third device because the other two stopped connecting. Correction—the first device I was given didn’t ever connect. The second device stopped connecting after two weeks, and surprise!...my current device has stopped connecting after approximately two weeks.
I am seriously fed up and if I could give this no stars I would. This app, device, and program for as expensive as it is, is complete garbage.
