Fraudulent and Scam
This app is fraudulent and misleading. There’s no way to contact customer support, there’s inaccurate information regarding the updates, and this is all fake. The update said my packages were delivered and nothing ever came. I have a Ring Doorbell camera. This is all fake and a scam.

freakin worst tracking service ever! It will say delivered but nothing is truly delivered! No support from manufacturer or courier—AVOID!!!!!
Update: I was able to get a refund through PayPal—so you will get your money back if you used PayPal and open a dispute

This is a app for scammers … they do it somehow even tho they kept your package & didn’t bring it to you & their is no way to get your refund ‼️‼️

The website is broken, the app is only a little better, works when it wants to and when it doesn't work nothing at all works for it, better off just waiting for your package to come instead of tracking it with this
