Fraudulent and Scam
This app is fraudulent and misleading. There’s no way to contact customer support, there’s inaccurate information regarding the updates, and this is all fake. The update said my packages were delivered and nothing ever came. I have a Ring Doorbell camera. This is all fake and a scam.

The website is broken, the app is only a little better, works when it wants to and when it doesn't work nothing at all works for it, better off just waiting for your package to come instead of tracking it with this

Ordered a pair of jeans off of their website. Got a notification that it was delivered to my house and signed just now (10/3/2024). I never signed anything!! It is not here. Their is no way to contact the seller. Want to get a refund now, please!! I am never ordering from these scammers again!! If you want money, stop scamming people out of their hard working money!!

DO NOT USE THIS APP
Worst app I have EVER used. Took a month and a half for my orders to be “delivered” and I never even ended up getting my packages. So the wait to get them was a total waste of time. They are careless, the app is not useful at all and was a total scam. If I could I would give it no stars.Never again.

Meaning it doesn’t work at all. At least it loads unlike the site. But go to track the circle spins and nothing comes up when it stops.

Downloaded your app, I can’t track my package because the app is in Chinese or something, can’t get it changed to English.
