Simple, Does the Job

The app doesn’t have any confusing or CPU consuming user interface. It has a button to track you and another button to view your older recordings. That’s all. The overall design is not modern and needs some work but who cares, the app does its job.

There are no features like combining multiple recordings as far as I see, you need to look for something else if you need that.

But it also doesn’t show you any ads, it doesn’t limit you for recording your track and it doesn’t annoy you by blocking any features. Install and immediately start using without any roadblocks.

Disappointed

I know it’s free but it’s quite worthless when you go on a hike and it suddenly just stops recording and deletes what it already has recorded.

Excellent!

An excellent app I was looking for.

Only 3 stars

Only 3 stars . Primarily as it has not been updated for 2 years. However also due to a few annoying things.
When set to Imperial measurement , my spelling of Imperial is correct yours is not. The distance travelled is shown in feet’s , it should say feet. No s. This is not very useful . Distance needs to be shown in miles , yards , feet. It is not helpful to show a track of 2000 feet (or whatever distance ) as 99% of people would want to see this in yards or miles and yards if long enough.
I would be happy to pay for it if those things were fixed.

Works great

Works perfectly for what I need it to do. Logs all of my routes & keeps them on the map forever which is a must! I need to see which neighborhoods I’ve been to

Basic things simply missing.

Imperial metrics? No, not with this app. It used to be pretty good.

great for tracking walks ...

... but would be useful to be able to name walks. e.g. “walk around cemetery” or “forestry walk”
