No car no communication
I booked a hire car through this app. I even got a confirmation. When I arrived at the airport not only was there no car, there was no booking.
App of stupidity
Stop logging me out!
No one is hacking my vroom app to book me a hire car. The level of security is ridiculous.
I have to attempt login 3 times every time because the app tries to direct me to open a new account. The number of times I have booked with someone else because your app logged me out I couldn’t count.
You hardly have time to complete the booking before being logged out and if you want to find your booking later on it’s password hell with a side order of we don’t recognise your email. Of course this is usually happening at the airport when you are trying to get the booking details of your car. It’s nuisance and unnecessary

Really Easy.
No Australian locations
Useless app. Does not offer any cities in Australia. Contacted the customer support and did everything they suggested and still the same problem persists
