Do not use the app. View it in a web browser. Doesn’t show ANYTHING correctly. Complete crap with multiple layered glitches and errors.

Disappointed
It would be great to give a review unfortunately the the app even open so that is the first huge problem. It has been loading for almost 10 minutes. Secondly, it seems there hasn’t been an update for the app in about 2 years...I rest my case lol.

This app won’t even open, I can’t even access my schedule because it won’t load. It has the same loading page up forever I even tried deleting it and redownloading. But there’s always an issue with this stupid app

The app stopped working on phones
The App has stopped working on my phone and others. When I called support they said an update would come probably by “next week” this is well over a month ago. No fix has come. This is the system we use for work. Now everyone has to log on to a computer to see the schedule or any changes to the schedule. When will the fix come? This is extremely inconvenient especially for the scheduler who needs to be able to see when shifts go up on the wall. We may need to find a new system if the Fix doesn’t come very soon. Please fix this!!!!!

I’m not even able to use the app. Every time I click on the TrackSmart icon it doesn’t do anything but load. I have to go on the actually website to get my schedule. I would rate zero stars if I could.

The application is very useful in when advising your schedules shift and any notes from your superiors but some time ago the app stopped working completely. It will not finish loading to actually start the application. It needs repairs and fixtures from crashes
Doesn’t even load
My job just started using Tracksmart for scheduling and on my computer it works just fine but this app doesn’t work at all. As soon as I open it it just sits at the loading screen and won’t do anything

I upgraded my phone to a new iPhone and it doesn’t work!! I have tried for over a week and the app never opens!! Very frustrating as it worked on Android just fine...

Does not work for iPhone. I downloaded it and it just sat at the main screen with a loading sign. I have used the app before on android and I do like it but they need to update it for iPhone apparently
