Function
The camera is new and not working properly and we could not get a local support from the company we purchased it from.
Customer service
We would love to work with the Tracksolid team but nobody will talk or visit our location. Rolling asset trackers continue to go offline so those are no good. The vehicle trackers are staying online so thanks. Please reach out to Kal or Tyson at Eagle Eye if you get a service department. Thank you very much.

Good
Unbelievable
Have been on a holiday on the other side of the world. Still the App told me where my car was and tracked it when taken for a drive from back home. Best investment ever.

Great tracker
I’ve had this tracker since 2019. It’s a very good and this year I forgot my password. I wrote back to the team at track solid and they helped me out. Great team, good product.
